Privacy Policy 🔒
This policy applies to visitors of our review site, which covers Tvg and other operators. We are an independent publisher and affiliate. We are not the operator of any casino or betting service. The operator of the Tvg service, ODS Technologies, L.P. (TVG / FanDuel Racing, part of Flutter Entertainment), runs its own platform and has its own privacy notice, which governs any account you open there.
The review site is intended for adults aged 18+. Tvg holds no licence valid for the United Kingdom; its licensing comes from US state advance deposit wagering (ADW) authorities, such as the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. Our reviews state this plainly.
Data we collect
We collect only limited information when you use the site:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page.
- Information you send us voluntarily, such as the content of a message through our contact form.
- Cookie identifiers and click data recorded when you follow a link to an operator.
We do not collect payment card details, bank details or gambling account data. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
How we use data
We use data to operate and secure the site, understand which pages are read, answer your messages, and record referrals to operators for which we may receive a commission. Our legal bases under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 are legitimate interests (site operation, analytics, fraud prevention) and, for non-essential cookies, your consent. We do not sell personal data. Connections to the site are protected with SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies measure traffic. Affiliate cookies record that a visit came from our site. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or the cookie control on the site. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages display.
Third parties
We share data only with service providers that host the site, provide analytics, or process affiliate tracking, and only as far as needed for those functions. When you click through to an operator, that operator becomes responsible for any data you give it. We may disclose data where required by law. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on lawful transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data or erase data we no longer need.
- Object to or ask us to restrict processing.
- Request a portable copy of data you provided.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
